consumer Court solve My problems.?

dear sir
I complained about My nighbour encroachment in passage without any permission. and damaged my wall.
I submitted to agreement and selfdeed to Consumer Court. so solve it?

Land disputes never comes to consumer forums jurisdiction. Submit your grievances to the M.R.O., or district collector. or approach civil courts nearby.
