I filed a case in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the judgment was in my favor. Its been more than two months I have not received the compensation. I would like to know if I can file execution petition on my own without any lawyer?

You can file the execution petition yourself provided you know how to draft it properly and legally so that it does not becomes fatal for your own case.
