Consultants

Dear Sir,

We are Architectural consultants by profession.we had made a agreeement with municipal council for some work. The work has been complited and we received our 90% fees. The project was under central govt. grant. The fees from govt was 1% of project cost and our agreement is of 2% with the council. We received 90% payments as per our agreement of 2%.

Now a writ petition has been filed in the court by a social worker against the council and us for recovery of additional 1% fees from us.

My question is

1) What is the duration of writ petition to come for final hearing?

2) whether we will have to return the payments of 1%?

Please reply

Thanks
