Consultancy is not relieving me.what should i do.

Hi, I work for a client company through a consultancy on contract basis for client company. I gave my papers back to the consultancy and i am serving my notice period.My notice period is 1 month and i gave one month notice to the consultancy. But my consultancy is not ready to relieve me and client is not ready to leave me.What should i do? I dont have any bond with client company or the consultancy.Only thing is i have to give 1 month notice to consultancy and i gave it and serving my notice period. They are not ready to reliev me. What should i do?

Download the copy of notice and POD.

In subsequent communication addressed to good offices of appointing authority,MD,Chairman submit, under proper acknowledgment, that routine duties be assigned that can be completed on day to day basis within and upto LWD/expiry of notice period as in notice of resignation dated..................submitted by you, and to whom you should handover the charge under proepr acknowledgment (on the spot), within and upto LWD/expiry of notice period.

You may request that within notice period the good offices may ensure that any exit formality be completed and correct FnF statement with payment of FnF dues, Form16 as per correct FnF statement,service certificate,relieving letter, Salalry slips of all months,PF a/c slips of each year,NOC/NDC be handed over within close of office hours of LWD.

You may download the attendance record, proof of NO taks being pending at your end,appreciation/rewards/awards etc...............and keep the client in copy for notice/LWD.

You may submit finbal resignation under proper acknowledgment.
