Conjugal rights

Can husband take advantage technically, if wife does not file restitution of conjugal rights RCR but in 125, divorce reply says she wants to go back

Just one line can be added in brackets (u/s 125 crpc) and converted to RCR.

There is no time limit to file RCR petition, it requires only willingness to move back to husband's place sorting out the differences.

And wat if on one side she files DV case and then files Restitution of conjugal rights after one year Wife filed reply to divorce petition saying she wants to come back. She files DV where in one section it is written right to residence-respondents should not try to communicate with the petitioner n should not enter the portion of house where petitioner lives. On other hand she files RCR and wants to live with hubby Can this contradictions be questioned ?
