condonation delay appeal format for consumer forum

Respected solicitors

please send the delay condonation format for the appeal to consumer forum.

we had filed a appeal in the stae forum and the orders passed.

later,an misc.petition for reviwal of the orders was filed.the request is rejected.do we have another thirty days time from the date of order of Misc petition or we have to appeal within the thirty days time of revision appeal orders filed at the state commission.

hello, at the outset power of review is not vested with the Consumer Forum. hence the period of filing the appeal starts to run from the date of receipt of the original Fair Order. hence the appeal will have to be filed with a delay application and the format is the same.like regular appeals.
