Complainant filed affidavit evidence along with xerox copy of list of documnets u/s 630 of company act, therefater I filed my objection xerox documents cannot marked and exhibit after my objection application the complainant can file original documents lying with him. during argument I raised that stage is gone therefore Complainant cannot file original documents at this stage.
