Compensation for land in road forming

The Municipal corporation formed a road in a private land without any requisation or acquisation notice and they are not recognised the owners identity in the plan sketch and the corporation shown it as vacant land.The land owner (ryot) filed a suit in civil court for compensation.The land owner have a deed having only survey number with extent but there was no boundaries descripttion and measurements.The Municipal corporation claiming that the road was not formed in the  owner land.Now what is the remeady for the owner to prove the road was formed in the owner land.Whether any caselaws are there regarding similarity of this case?If the extent and  survey no was sufficient for compensation?Please quote the caselaws.
