Compensation fd under motor vehicle act

I have a FD which will mature in December 2018. This FD is by order of the Civil Court which is part of the compensation awarded under Motor vehicle act. What process do i need to follow to withdraw/release the same so that I can freely use it.

Go thru the narration in order about  terms in the FD.

Your own counsel can also help you to understand.

you need to file chq petition to receive the amount. If the amount is kept in FD you have to get it recall the FD first.
