Compensation

Well, Am Sreedhar Barki i had joined Zoom Car on 11-10-2013 as Fleet Executive, In the past 3 Yrs i have got 3 promotions Firstly i got promoted as Team Leader, in April 2014, Secondly i got Promoted as ATL (Area Team Leader) in Oct 2014, Being ATL From Oct 2014 to April 2016 I have Received 2 times Best Performer Awards from the Company. And Also I Was Promoted As Business Process Manager in April 2016, Which Really Sounds Great of my Performance till then. But from April 2016 till Oct 2016 Being Promoted As Business Process Manager, I was Assigned with New challenges which was very new to me dealing with soft skills of Computers. Please note a Point here i have tried my best to meet the expected performance from the company, Even without any Management experience in me. so please suggest me wat benefits or compensation i can get from the company
