Company not processing fnf

Hi, I left my organisation on 28th Dec 2016. As per the company policy they clear the Full and Final settlement within 45 days. Till now they are not processing it and they are not giving me any communication for same. Its already 69 days since my resignation. Can you please suggest what I can do in that case. R's Mohit

HR department is slow in these matters. They will certainly respond or they will have to pay you salary which they wont. So keep calm.

Write under proper acknowledgment, narrating all previous representations by phone/email/letter/in person etc., with copy to good offices of appointing authority/MD and request to supply FnF statement and dues.
