i am working for a software company under their BPO business, the company is forcing us to work overtime everyday for 1 to 2 hours under the disguise of not meeting the daily targets, however the targets are set so high that hardly 10 percent of the company population manages to achieve it. also the company uses that same excuse to force us to work on saturdays to complete the targets, also the management pressurises us so much to meet targets that people are skipping dinner and snacks to meet the targets, moreover, the company has provided with broken chairs to sit on, due to which we are suffering from severe backache and spondilytis. request you to kindly guide to whom we can raise this issue at a government authority level.
who can be contacted without disclosing my name as it might backfire on me if i raise the voice against the company.
where can complaints be filed anynomously against this company?
