Company Bonus

My company not given me the bonus amount after my registration. But I am eligible for the bonus amount. He is saying if you are continue then we will give you.

Which bonus; Statutory Bonus as per Payment of Bonus Act

Or any other payout by term bonus e.g; Performance bonus etc

Post full facts and preferably extract from communication announcing bonus for you (employee)

Erase names/address/logo/phone number etc to maintain the confidentiality.
