I Mr.X got a property from Mr. A in 1990, where A( elder brother) and B(younger brother) made settlement in 1986.Mr.A sold another property near my property to Mr.C and left the place. Now Mr.B is staying in place which is near to me. Now in their settlement, they have a common pathway for sewage of 4 ft widdth running through B,C and also My premises total of 146.5 ft length and 105ft with in my premises. Now i am (Mr.X) planning to sell my property. i think Mr.A sold the property to me so i have got the rights of Mr. A. Am ready to give money to buy the common path way of 2ft(share) of Mr. B and we both agreed. Now other 2 ft(share) of Mr. A who went and settled in home town i cannot contact him. As Mr. A and Mr. B in rivarly... they never knew of each other...now. what should i do now.? because i dont want to get any problem from Mr.A future.. I stayed in my premises for more than 20 years. Also, wanted to know what should i do to avoid problem from Mr.C in future.
