Sir, Ex party declared. Advocate Commissioner has been appointed by court. I have paid Rs.2400/- as court fees for commission and I have paid Rs. 3000/- to my advocate as his fees for coming at my home along with the commissioner. The advocate commissioner has asked me for another fees for him. I paid Rs. 1600/- to him for two days. My question is that is it required to pay fees separately to the commissioner who is being appointed by court and who is a neutral person for plaintiff and defendant?
