for a sale of our property the agents have brought us an offer more than our declared final rate the extra amount is their commission which the buyer doesn't know and we have no any objections .

they want to make an agreement with the property owner for their commission amount .

what type of agreement is applied in this case ?

Just make as imple undertaking that if the buyer fetchs more than the fixed sale amount as price of propert the extra amount from that of fixed sale amount shall be paid to him as comission.

Just get reciept after paying him the comisasion and mention therein that that inpersuant to undertaking...
