Commercial property and open space in chs society

Want to know that how to restrict commercial property owner to use the open space opposite to it and towards the road? The open space used by them from last 20 years and society wants to take back the same right now.

This is pretty interesting issue, but I heard that there are opportunity to buy open space, and nobody will be able to use it in any case. Sometimes it is really very good opportunity, for some chic high-paying hotel with a beautiful view from the windows. any member is allowed to use and occupy the premises which is purchased by it. If the society wants to take back the premsies which is illegally occupied by the member, then they have to issue the notice and charge fine upon the said commercial user/member and also inform the Municipal Corporation for demolishing the illegal and unauthorised structure errected by the commercial establishment.
