Our building had stilt parking spaces. Out of all those parking spaces, 3-4 stilt parking spaces have been converted into a playgroup and a real estate agency without a NOC from society because the builder still has an upper hand in our society. This has led to lesser parking space in our society. How can a Managing Committee take action against them or can it be amicably resolved by allowing the activity but demanding charges from them?
