I'm from Kanniyakymari. my house located in colony (given by government for schedule cast people). 5 cent land with house. The original owner is my grandma and she passed away on 2018. Still house tax, electric bill and all other things maintained by her name in government records. Now how can I change the name in all government records my father name instead of my grandma. My father have 5 sisters, they are married and settled. Is there act way to get it sir.
