co-operative society share certificate

one of relative purchased property in ahmedabad. builder didn't gave share certificate. this has happened with many other members. also he didn't gave the accounts of cooperative society. building is run by AOP format for its maintenance. AOP don't have share certificate and builder is also not giving the share certificate. so what are the remedies. Pls. guide on this issue in focuse of the co-operative societies act.

Only after formation of society and conveyane you will get the share certificate. You have to apply for conveyance of society.

co-operative society is already formed still share certificate is not given then?

Complain to the deputy registrar. There is no requirement of conveyance to be done before issuing share certificate. Registration of the cooperative society is enough
