Co-operatice societies

Hi,

1. If a co-opt member has been chosen to fill up the post of any Committee Member (Chairman/Secretary/Treasurer etc), will he enjoy the same privileges as that of the Committee Member who has resigned? Also, till when?

2. With respect to Co-operative Societies, what are the major differences (if any) between an Annual General Body Meeting and a Special General Body Meeting?
