Closer procedure- leave and licence aggrement

I had leave and licence aggrement for my one commercial property for 12 months.When the aggrement period gets completed,is there any legal procedure to be followed(Any Govt Document etc)

Also what is the procedure to be done to return the deposit amount to the party?

Also If I would like to continue the same tenant how much gap I should keep for further new L & L aggrement with the same party?

 

Please guide.

leave and licence agreement can be made for eleven months.if you go beyond that then it need to be registered.now since the agreement has lapsed you can ask them to evict or continue.similiarly the tenant can also express his wish to continue or leave the premises.
