I have finalized to buy a residential plot for Rs.75 lakhs and I have decided to register the property for 65 lakhs, while the guideline value of the property is 35 lakhs only. I have already entered into a " SALE AGREEMENT" by paying an advance amount of 10 lakh through DD, now for the balance funding 40 lakh through bank and 25 lakh by cash. Now please guide me in the "Absolute sale deed" which value do I mention, 65 lakhs (registration value) or 75 lakhs (actual sale consideration) ?
