clarification about my case i put some one cheated me and fir section will be ipc 420 and ipc 506

my name pavan kumar i am running a business in my area some one chated me with 20 lakhs rupees cost feed for his culture but he did not pay for me i put a case on local police station the police will be filed a fir 420 ipc and 506 ipc but first he come police told me to pay money then some time he did not come for me and police station now he is not responding the to me and police people but he recently applied for bail for this section in court ...now the time what should i do what possibility recover my money and what should i do in these situvation kindly give some possibly ways to fight and return my money back at that how to i approch court and how to use and ask police people help in these situvation kindly give some good ways to fight that person
