Myself Chandrakant living in bangalore and native of Gulbarga. My father expired 4 month back. We are 5 bothers including a brother who is adopted by another family and 2 sisters. We have a road side property which is in my father’s name altogether but my adopted bother has 50% share in that roadside property and need to be given to him. Our property division has not happened formally i mean not done registration deed of individual's share. A portion of this road side property is going in road widening and now to claim the compensation for this roadside property from government, what we need to do. In whos name the govt officers will hand over the compensation amount. Please assist me asap. Thanks in advance.
