civil case

I have my case number , but case papers not get properly due to change of one court to another court , how to get the case file

Quick Summary
If you're struggling to get your civil case papers due to court transfers, don't worry. You can often find your case details on the ecourt app. To obtain the full file, you'll need to inspect the judicial file and formally apply for it according to the rules. While waiting for official certified copies, many legal professionals can assist with obtaining xerox copies quickly through their network.

Inspect judicial file and apply for entire case file as per rules.

After Inspection get certified copies as per laid down norms (most advocates can provide xerox copies within hours through their contacts)
