Citizen of Australia-Does she have rights to Husband Propert

Wife migrated to Australia 20 yrs back and now is an "Australian Citizen".

Came on to India on a holiday and realised Husband's ancestoral property for Sale.

Does the wife have any rights of claim?  Been seperated since 20 years but not official "Divorcedr"

Husband has 3 children.

Your advice much appreciated.

Since there is no divorce, the wife is still the wife and she can claim her right.

Thank you for the response.

But, isnt seperation for x number of years taken as divorce?

Husband expired in Jan 2011 with 3 kids.  Does She have to sign the NOC to sell the property of Husband's Mother, inorder for the sale to go through.
