understand maharashtra govt has passed a law making rqmt of noc from cidco redundant. cidco noc no longer required for resale n transfer of flats. Is this true ??
where can some Gazette or notification on this be found ?
Hi I have purchased a resale 3bhk flat in Sanpada sector 13
it is society plot but the lease deed between society and CIDCO is not done hence I am not able to do CDICO transfer and mortgage NOC .
please suggest a way out
