Have the CIBIL (Credit Information Companies Regulations, 2006 ) rules been notified by GOI?
As we all know all credit information companies in India are governed by the Credit Information Companies Act , 2005 .
But what is not clear is whether the draft rules published at the RBI website (https://www.rbi.org.in/scriptts/BS_PressReleaseDisplay.aspx?prid=14576) is in operation or not .
In short does any one know if and when RBI regulations of Credit Information Companies Regulations, 2006 , been notified by [publication in Gazette of India ?
