I own an apartment in a CHS in Andheri West Mumbai. The developer absconded & died without forming the CHS & conveying the land.
Owners formed the CHS & registered it with the Registrar of societies. K Ward.
Recently society has also obtained the Deemed Conveyance of the land on which building stands. My name is mentioned as a member.
But inspite of paying for registration of society & share money society is refusing to issue Share Certificate to me saying that my sale agreement is not registered.
I tried to register the agreement during recent Amnesty Scheme but I couldn't as authorities stopped registering of documents with out the developer.
What to do? TIA
Facts posted are confusing and contradictory as to how CHS has been issued with "Deemed Conveyance" by the State (Maharashtra) Registrar Cooperative Societies
