Dear sir,
wife and son (age 16) getting maintenance amount in DVC case as per dist court order, which is pending at HC only for maintenance not included child visitation.
As per dist court order, communication to wife and son is not permitted and I cannot disturb them by means of communication.
now my question is
1. is there any application in which section to file at district court for visiting son, when dvc maintenance alone is pending at HC.
2. can I open social media account in son's name with his present photo which I traced from different sources. if I do not communicate now, it will be too late after his age 18, and he will deny to talk to me. already he might have forgot his father as he was separated when he was 2 year old.

Law never prohibits any parent to meet his child exceptwhen f there is threat , your circumstances seems so cruel ; since it appears you have not made prayer in your petition for visitation, just file an application for meeting your child in high court , that may be granted.
