I have one question regarding Child birth certificate.
My wife to retain her maiden name after marriage. She is preganent now and she wants to have her maiden name to appear on Child's birth certificate.
I want to know what problem will we face in later stage if two different surname appears on Child's Birth Certificate.
Will this birth certificate be accepted in School at the time of admission?
Will it create any problem when we travel out of India?
