cheque bounce case

I filed petition on my opponent for cheque bounce case three to four hearings over and the opponent not coming for any of hearings to court so judge passed issue of BW/NBW for September hearing they didn't attend court nor came in any of hearings in October,november month also
what is d next step shld I do frm my part?
how long wl judge give hearings Every month
pls help me wth this query?

You need to press for execution of NBW and get directions upon Police Station concerned to execute the warrants. There is nothing you can do except to make submissions in court.

Yes, you may need to take extra efforts to ensure that the NBW is executed.

It is the duty of process server/ local police to execute the warrant of arrest, where you have no say/role.
