i sale my land in 1995 but because of kulkayda buyer make power of attorny and buy land from me. sale price of land is 3.50 lakhs but he gave me 1 lakh and said that he will be give me after some time. Still the possession of that land is in my hand. Now govt declare d zone in that particular area,now he want that land back from me. In 2008 there is my name on 7/12 papers but in 2010 and 11 its shows that buyes name. Help me.....He cheated
