After my fathers retirement i bought a flat with the help of his savings and housing finance from Atlantic group - Mr. HimmatLal Khatia situated at vashi satra plaza 12th floor 1202 .
He deliberately resold the disputed flat to me and other 6 buyers at the same building and immediately after 3 months in 2016 we all 7 buyers discovered that the property was in dispute and originally belongs to the
farmer however, since than the reseller Mr. Himmatlal Khatia is neither returning us the money nor giving us the flat
Infact we are still paying the housing loan EMI’s for nothing.
We please you and seek your support in this matter to take severe action against the reseller for cheating us and help us get our money back.
We are reaching out as we are not financially well being to take this matter to court.
