As i want to say that i am running a small firm in Delhi. So i needed a corporate connection for mobile. One Idea sales man told me that there is a plan called 889 and i can avail this on five numbers with bill coming altogether.i.e 899 plus service tax. But when i got my bill i was totally shocked to see the bill because it was more than INR 5000. Then i complained through mail to stop the services but they didnt and in the next month i got the Bill INR 10000. Now i feel like i am totally helpless because i am getting bill related calls from idea always. Please suggest me what i should do because i am not able to pay these extra bills as i havent used the numbers also. I have mail conversation and bill details.
