I have to get INR 5lakhs from one person. Against that I received a ICICI DD for 2 Lakhs in my name, as I have HDFC a/c, I sent same through HDFC for collection. After 3 days I got a message stating that particular DD has stop payment n I wont get the amount.
Please advice me how I can forward leagally against this cheating ? n from where I can get the details of the reason given by him to the ICICI Bank.
