chargsheet

wife file false 498a,406 fir against me ND my family in CAW cell.. now IO will submit the chargesheet in next week without any investigation.. please tell me what can I do in this case.. IO will submit chargsheet just coz of its a girl complaint..

on what basis are you saying that IO will submit chargesheet without investigation?

File 482 Cr.P.C. before High Court where you may get stay but till then wait.

IO came to my house ND shre prepare house naksha.. but they didn't ask anything to us to our neighbours.. when we asked her that how u can file chargsheet without investigation then she told me that it's a girl complaint nd we have to file the chargsheet.
