Dear Sir,
Hospitalized by accident and after 24 days she is died and dying statement not against accused. In this case 156/III court order taken by her husband and if through police investigation police does not getting any evidence & not proved crime, Police can make the charge sheet? Against the accused ,if making charge sheet what kind of IPC could be taken?
