Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know whether it is really very necessary to change the surname of a after marriage, or one can still continue using her maiden / fathers name.
If it is not a mandetory clause , would request you to please help me with the original court order along with the date & justice details as I have to submit these documents at my school in order to get medical facility for me & my in-laws.
