Dear sir, i want to change first letter of my surname.Mistake in all my certificate, actually my surname isVADAKUPPA but in my certificates ODAKUPPA is there.plese i requesting u, which surname is correct for future. This mistake strated in my 10 th class certificate.please give suggestion sir
You can change/edit your surname by filling a change of name affidavit with 10rs e-stamp paper.
And,you have to publish a notice in newspaper for change of name
