We are victim of a biased Judge in Civil Court, Bangalore. Can any let m know the procedure for change of Judge, if it is possible.

If your apprehnsion of biased of the Judge is founded on reasonable ground, you may pray for transfer of the case to another Judge undr Section 25 of the CPC. But your apprehension should be reasonable enough for transfer to another Judge.
