Kindly Let me know If I can Issue CENVAT (Excisable) Bill if my manufacturing unit is in excise free Zone(Uttrakhand). I am already paying Excise/Custom Duty in most of the raw material used in my finished goodCENVAT bill so that they can claim MODVAT for the duty passed.
If it is not possible in manufacturing unit, Can there be any other way like procuring raw material in some excise registered trading unit & got job-work (Value Addition) done on the product & then pass the excise to the buyer?
