CASE OF AGPA

dear experts
my father bought a property by paying full property amount and registered as AGPA ( AGREEMENT CUM GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY WITH POSSESSION ) . Recently the VENDOR has died .. does the document is still valid or cancelled.

Document is valid.his lrs have to register the document if they refuses u have to file civil suit for specific perform of contract .

Some other guy filed a case against my father that the document is not valid . And want to register the property on his name by vendor family . He have a agreement of sale dated in year 1998
