Case number

After filing of case you get a case number and then any subsequent filing in relation to that case is filed with same case number.

So if you have filed documents you will not get any case number, it will be marked in same case in which you have filed documents but u will get diary number as proof of filing but again diary number is something which you will get instantly after filing. So please check with the registry of the Bombay HC. 

Thanks for your reply but approximately how many days it will take to get a case number after filing a case at Bombay HC? Its been a month.
