I want to file a case against M-TECH developers/builders because they neither delivered the project nor refunded the money. I know lot of people have similar problem.
I am looking for a lawyer but I would prefer a lawyer who is already involved in similar case(s) against M-TECH (preferred choice) or against some other builder in Delhi/NCR (alternative choice).
So please suggest contact details of such lawyers here or such lawyers can contact me directly.

With all due respect, I am looking for a specific type of lawyer only, who is already involved in similar (refund related) case(s) against M-TECH (preferred choice) or against some other builder in Delhi/NCR (alternative choice).
So it is easier if someone of such a profile contacts me. Of course if lawyers do not like to contact prospective clients then its not going to happen. But I hope lawyers do not have such attitude. After all, its a business!
