so i had done a case against someone in a court .And i dont know what the result will be.but i dont want the issue to come in newspaper or anywhere.generally anyone from both parties can give in newspaper.i have told my lawyer not to do so.but i dont know if he will listen to me.And also i cant gurantee about another party.can i take any legal action from preventing my case details come in newspaper etc.
