Hi,
As we know As per Supreme Courts judgement dated 31-8-2010, builder has no right to.sell.the.parking slots.
My questions are
1. Is this judgement applicable for flats purchased before 2010?
2. I have purchased the flat in 2008 and I got 1 parking from builder. is this rule is now applicable for my parking also? because society is formed for my building.

Sukurut ji SC decsion is law of land. Though it is effective from the date of order no body could violate it under any circumstances.
If society had been formed then GB can take the decsion about it.
