I purchased a car on 23 june 2019. I transferred full amount(12 lakh) into the dealers account. The dealer told me to get insurance done and invoice & other papers shall be delivered in one hour. So I got insurance done. But its now 04 July 2019, the dealer has not given me any paper-no invoice, no sales certificate,no TCS certificate. I made repeated calls to the dealer he is making excuses. I emailed Hyundai India-no reply, I called their customer care and twitter account, I got the reply that they would contact me. But nothing. I'm still driving car without any papers except the insurance. What can I do legally?
