i and my friend have bought 2 nissan car the dealer promised accessories worth 4500/- for each orally. my friend bought 1st and the dealer honoured his oral promise and fitted accessories worth 4500/- . after 10 days i bought and dealer has refused saying these are 2 differant deals.
the dealer has duped me i have complained to the company. but the company is saying the dealer is right and they are 2 differant deals. and wheter i have anything in writing.
When he promised my friend and honoured it orally i belived him and did nt take anything in writing.
what should i do ?
